your data
You start with no access. Each step after is your call.
What we read, what we keep, and the lines we don't cross.
The six commitments
- We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
- We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
- Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
- We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
- Your information is never shared with another client.
- The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
Access, one step at a time
Each step is yours to take or skip.
The conversation needs none
We talk about how your week runs. Nobody asks to see a system or an inbox.
A sample, only if you like
You could share a week of call-outs or a handful of applications. You choose what. We turn it into a sample output.
Read-only, once you decide to go ahead
We ask for what the job needs and nothing more. A shortlist needs your applicant system. A cover desk needs the schedule and staff records.
Off whenever you want
Cut off access and the work stops straight away. You won't need us for that.
Read-only, in practice
It can look. It can't send, reply, delete or move. Drafts are left for a person to send.
Approval, in this context
Messages, shifts and records stay untouched until a named person acts. The work waits on their desk.
The choice is theirs every time. If nobody chooses, nothing moves.
When the work is finished
We hold only what the work needs. When it ends, we delete it. Ask earlier and it goes earlier.
Lines we don't cross
Your records are never sold or traded. They never train anyone's model. Other clients never see them. Nothing gets copied away for later.
Questions welcome
Raise data questions in the first conversation. Better asked than wondered about.
Talk it through with us before a thing gets built.
A first conversation with one of our co-founders. Free, about an hour, and no access needed.
You'll hear back from a person, usually within one working day.
